She makes a slightly different vinaigrette using honey mustard, white balsamic, lemon juice, a small amount of molasses, olive oil, salt and pepper. Don't forget CSA pickup at DGS at 4:30 today...you'll be getting delicious tomatoes to make this salad with!
Pre-registration is now open for the Urban Homestead Festival at MAP Community Farm on Saturday, September 13th! Choose from a variety of sessions on growing and preserving food in the city. Topics include: cheese making, fermenting, canning, freezing, drying, beekeeping, seed saving and backyard chicken keeping. Come for one session or stay and learn all day!
