Our 2022 Night on the Farm at Jack’s will feature tasty farm-fresh food prepared by Sean Gafner, the head chef and owner of The Roost, Swaylos Tiki, Jefe’s Tacos, and more!

We’ll kick off the evening with cocktails and field tours with our farmers and research partners to showcase our work in the intersection of sustainable agriculture and renewable energy.

The night will include an auction of local goods and experiences, so be prepared for some friendly bidding competition! We will also bring back the Booze Pull (for those who remember our annual Sprout Down event)! Funds raised will enhance SCF’s community farming operations and programs.

Guests have the opportunity to enjoy not only the freshest meal of the season but also pairings with locally-brewed beverages from Laws Whiskey House, Westfax Brewing, and Colorado Cider Company!
