We recently set aside time for our whole team —farmers from both DGS and MAP, plus “Outfielders” (who don’t work in the field as often, including program, development, and leadership staff)— to get to know each other, get acquainted with the day-to-day, receive some trainings, and understand where we’ve been as an organization and where we’re going 🤗
